The useful answer

First identify whether the app closes, the whole phone struggles, or the game stays open but reconnects. Try reversible checks one at a time: restart, current updates, one stable connection and enough free storage. Preserve your account details before considering a reinstall.

Give the failure a precise name

A crash means the app unexpectedly closes or returns you to the home screen. A connection interruption means the app remains open but stops updating or reports a reconnect. A table issue may affect a particular round while other screens still respond. Write down which one happened and whether the problem repeats at the same action.

This distinction changes the next experiment. Switching Wi-Fi cannot establish the cause of a crash that also happens before the lobby loads. Clearing application storage cannot prove that a remote table was available. Start with one observation and one change so you can learn from the result.

A ten-minute diagnostic sequence

  1. Leave the current round safely if possible. Do not force-close a responsive table just to begin a test. Note a round reference or message first.
  2. Restart the app, then the phone if needed. Open it once after each step and see whether the same action reproduces the problem.
  3. Check Google Play for an update. Use the verified Moonfrog listing. Also review a normal Android update if the device offers one.
  4. Choose one connection. Test stable home Wi-Fi or mobile data, rather than switch repeatedly during a live turn. Check that an ordinary webpage loads.
  5. Check storage and heat. A nearly full or unusually hot phone can make many applications behave poorly. Let the device cool and free space you recognise.

Match the next step to the symptom

Cache, storage and reinstall are different actions

Android may offer Clear cache and Clear storage under an app’s storage information. Cache is temporary data. Storage can include local account state and settings. The names and locations vary by phone, so read the description shown by your device instead of following a guessed button path.

If you try a cache clear, test the original problem afterwards before making another change. Before clearing storage or uninstalling, confirm the game’s account connection and save your player ID privately. A guest session is not something to erase casually. Reinstalling the app also does not guarantee recovery of a table that was already interrupted.

Record a useful reproduction

A short note such as “opens normally, closes when I tap the same lobby option, three times after restarting” is actionable. Include the phone model, Android version, game version, approximate free storage and the time zone of the incident. A short recording can help if it shows the sequence without exposing private messages, payment details or a verification code.

If a connection comparison changes the behaviour, include which connection worked. If both fail at the same stage, include that too. Avoid promising support a particular diagnosis; the purpose of the report is to provide observations they can investigate.

Know when to pause

When a failure continues after the basic reversible checks, stop entering more tables to test the same problem. Use in-app support or the contact on the current Play listing. There may be an app-specific issue that no phone setting can repair. Keep the original player identity intact while waiting for a response.

After the app becomes stable, return to a short session and confirm the account before continuing. For installation and account-transfer questions, use our Android installation guide; for a balance discrepancy caused by the interruption, use the reward evidence checklist.
